How soon can we deliver your biscuits? Can we really deliver anywhere? Use this page to find out more about our range of delivery options to make sure your gifts get there in time.

We can deliver 7 days a week across the UK and Internationally. You can select your delivery date and method at checkout, and can even order now but defer your delivery for a later date over the next 6 months.

UK Delivery

If you’re sending a biscuit gift to someone in the UK, choose from the delivery options below:

Royal Mail Tracked (£4.95)

Sent with Royal Mail tracked. 95% arrive on estimated delivery date. Fully tracked service.

Deliveries are made Monday – Sunday 8am – 6pm. Excluding bank holidays or public holidays.

For guaranteed delivery, please select Premium Courier at checkout.

Next day delivery – order before 4pm

Premium Courier DHL (£5.95)

Sent via DHL. Guaranteed next day delivery. Fully tracked service. Signature will be required at delivery address.

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. Excluding bank holidays or public holidays.

You will receive emails with the delivery slot and will have the ability to rearrange delivery at a more suitable time.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – Weekend Delivery (£9.95)

Fully tracked service. Signature required upon delivery. 100% of parcels will be delivered on day of choice.

Saturday and Sunday delivery only.

EU Delivery

We are now shipping to EU Countries! Read the list of countries we ship to and prices below.

Delivery

European delivery dates are estimates and typically take on average 3-5 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international delivery. Deliveries can be subject to delays from customs clearance of the destination country.

Product Restrictions

Please note we are unable to send any products containing alcohol internationally. Chocolates, macarons, mixed hampers, cakes and our Say Cheese! tin are also unable to be shipped internationally as they have a shorter shelf life.

Customs

There are no extra fees to pay other than the price you see and the shipping. All tax is included in the final price. EU Customs have the right to hold shipments if required extra information or clearance. Please be assured that you will be contacted either by ourselves or DHL if this happens. International Delivery

Premium International (2-3 working days)

Guaranteed delivery within 2-3 working days. Subject to customs clearance of the destination country. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Delivered Monday – Friday

Fully traceable service sent with DHL. Requires a signature upon delivery. Prices depend on parcel weight and destination. For estimated costs on pricing based on country, click here.

IMPORTANT: Customs

When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when it arrives at the destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import, taxes, Import VAT or custom clearance fees. Biscuiteers have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

To avoid the recipient being charged, DHL will attempt to contact you for payment. This may be via email, call or text. It’s important you respond, as gifts will be held by customs until paid. If not paid within an agreed time frame, the order may be destroyed. Biscuiteers will not refund orders undelivered due to unpaid duties.

Items on our same day delivery service are picked up from our depot from 1pm and delivered by 7pm.
